OUR VOWS
-
No Vowels. Just Vows. Let’s cut out the extra bullshit and get straight to the core. Look in the mirror and ask yourself what’s holding you back. Is it mental health struggles? Addiction? Unhealthy relationships with family, partners, friends, or co-workers? Have you been putting off taking care of your health? Have you been wanting to get in better shape but haven’t taken that first step?
It’s time to dig deep and make a vow (or 7) to yourself. Each vow is a promise to move. To stop waiting. To keep moving forward. It’s time to commit to building a better future for yourself, because YOU are your biggest asset, so it’s time to stop being your biggest obstacle.
This website now includes a dedicated resources section — practical assistance, tools, and starting points—so that anyone ready to begin healing can do it here and now.

NVJV wasn’t built in a boardroom by a herd of stiffs in suits. It was built during recovery and healing — It was forged through trauma, addiction, loss, chronic illness, CPTSD, and deep depression — and the repeated choice to keep getting back up. These vows aren’t marketing - they’re the promises that rebuilt a life, and manifested a mission to change as many lives as possible. A battle fought from the darkest places to a fierce, uncompromising love for who they are today… strong, bold, loud, and unapologetic about truth and the journey. Now pain has transformed into purpose, using hard-won experience to help others see their worth and fight to rebuild better lives.
